Day passes are the perfect option for non-stop fun, all day long! Our day passes offer exclusive access to our New York campground for the day, including our water park. They allow you to experience all the thrills, excitement, and relaxation of our camp-resort for a single day, great for those looking for a day trip. Our New York campground with water park has something for everyone, making it the perfect place to visit for some fun in the sun! Below, learn more about some of the attractions that make Jellystone Park™ Lazy River one of the best campgrounds in New York for families!

Access to Water Attractions

Dive into a world of aquatic adventures when you purchase a day pass! A day pass gives you access to ALL of our water attractions...yes, you read that right! Our water attractions include:

Lazy River:

Enjoy endless amounts of fun floating the sunny days away in our lazy river! Kids will love the endless water features, including water sprayers, cannons, and buckets!

Swimming Pools:

Our New York campground features 2 spacious outdoor pools that kids and adults alike can splash away the day in. Both are heated!

Water Playground & Water Slides:

Yogi Bear’s Water Zone is a combined 40,000 square feet of water fun for every age! Two 100’ waterslides, a 750-gallon hydrostorm, kiddie slides, a fort, water cannon, spray features, and much more add up to hours of wet and wacky fun!

Cabana Rentals:

Lounge by the pool in a private, shaded pool cabana! Located right by our pools and Water Zone, our cabanas are equipped with a mini fridge, TV with cable, ceiling fan/light and beautiful, comfortable patio furniture. PLUS! Cabana renters receive early access to the pools and Water Zone! Although Cabana Rentals aren't included with your day pass, they make a great option for those looking to enhance their time at our Camp-Resort!

After some excitement at the many water attractions included at our New York campground, unwind with these relaxing activities:

Fishing Pond:

Would it really be an New York camping trip without a catch and release fishing pond? Our on-site fishing pond is stocked with large-mouth bass, bluegill, and catfish. Enjoy the serene views and beautiful blue hues with this relaxing activity. 

Activities on the Wallkill River:

Our riverfront campground in New York is right on the Wallkill River! Just a short walk from any of our campsites, you can come and fish, dip your toes in the water or lounge by the river.

Gem Mining:

Our new gem mining attraction is a relaxing activity for the whole family. Just purchase a bag from the Ranger Station and then you can start mining to wash dirt away and reveal your gems.

Arts and Crafts:

Bring your family and get your creativity flowing at our Arts and Crafts Building! Join us for color time, ceramics, glitter tattoos, sand art, tie-dye, and more!  Please note that some crafts require an additional fee.

Mini Golf:

Tee off on our mini golf course, complete with fun obstacles and challenging twists & turns that the whole family will enjoy! Putt your way to victory and show off your skills on the green.

Jumping Pillow:

Bounce to new heights on our Jumping Pillow! Located in the heart of our New York campground, this attraction is a must-visit for those looking to reach for the sky and have a blast!

Laser Tag:

Engage in a high-tech game of hide-and-seek with laser tag! Gather your friends and family for epic battles with up to 20 players. It's an exhilarating experience for campers ages 6 years old and up!

"Hey Hey" Rides:

 Hop aboard our “Hey Hey” wagon rides and take a leisurely trip around our New York campground. Sing songs and spend quality time exploring the beauty of our park with fellow campers.

Playground:

Our playground is a hub of laughter and playtime! It's a must-visit spot at one of the best campgrounds in New York for families. Let the kids run, climb, and slide while you relax and watch their joy unfold.

Scavenger Hunt:

Embark on a thrilling scavenger hunt around Jellystone Park™ Lazy River! Pick up a map at the registration office, follow the clues, and uncover the secret message. Bring it back for a surprise gift that adds a touch of mystery to your adventure!

Arcade:

The arcade has a wide variety of games for indoor family fun at our campground, from video games to air hockey!

Horseshoes:

Step up to the horseshoe pits and test your aim and accuracy in this classic outdoor game. Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to horseshoes, it's a great way to enjoy some friendly competition under the sun.

Basketball:

Shoot hoops and show off your skills on our basketball courts! Challenge family members to a game of one-on-one or gather teams for a thrilling match. Dribble your way to victory and feel the adrenaline rush with every basket.

Soccer Field:

Enjoy access to a wide-open field filled two large soccer nets! Gather your team and engage in friendly games that are guaranteed to get everyone moving and laughing. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, our soccer fields are a huge hit!

There’s something for everyone at our sports court! Team up for fun with our basketball court, tennis court, pickleball courts and shuffleboard courts! Sports equipment is available for sign out at the Ranger Station.

How to Visit with a Day Pass:

If a day visit to our New York campground sounds like fun, here’s how you can visit! You can book day passes by calling our Camp-Resort at (845) 255-5193, or by visiting our booking website to view availability. There are a limited number of Day Campers per day, so be sure to book your reservation in advance to take advantage of this offer!

Days/Hours:

Day Passes are available Sunday - Thursday: 11AM - 7PM, during peak season only and excluding holidays. To view attractions offered and their hours of operation, please visit our attractions page.

Price:

Guests aged 3 and under can visit for FREE, but for visitors 4 and up the price of a day pass is $45 per person + tax.

On-Site Dining:

While visiting our camping resort for the day, you will need to refuel the energy you burned off! Fuel your adventures with delicious meals and snacks from our on-site dining options!

Tiki Snack Bar:

Grab a quick bite or enjoy a leisurely meal at our Tiki Snack Bar, offering a variety of tasty options. With foods such as pizza, burgers, wraps, and more, you can fully enjoy your experience while camping near New Paltz! View our menu here.
